Very disappointing when you don’t have certain items available that are listed on he menu, the food takes over 30 minutes to get, no one checks to refill drinks while waiting for food, when asking if a specific item would be recommended and they described it as “OK”. It was a sad experience to have slow/ poor service and the food was average
RecommendedToday was my first time at Panini's. I live in Columbus and was visiting friends. We had your brunch buffet and made to order omelettes. Everything was very good and our service was excellent!
I have been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks. on both occasions I ordered a tonic with lime. Both times they brought me a CLUB SODA with lime. Both times they replaced the Club Soda with another Club Soda. The Same waitress both times. The second time we went she said that the hoses were mixed up. She said she had the manager correct the hose problem and promptly returned with another CLUB SODA. Perhaps they need some help from "BAR RESCUE"
RecommendedPaninis always seems to have great staff working the front and amazing cooks working in the back! If you haven’t tried them out yet take my word for it. I don’t visit 2-3 times a week because it isn’t good! 10/10!
