Food was great and the service at the bar impeccable our bar maiden was very attentive and this was my birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and lastly the brownie dessert I had for a birthday cake was to die for
I've been going here for years but that's really only because the food is good and it's close. The service is usually terrible save like one bartender, and the manager is annoying. The latest: we ordered for pickup, and when we received it we luckily checked the bag and found one entire entree missing. After asking, we were told they're out of a key ingredient BUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE ENTREE. We will not be back again. The 2 starts are for the food only.
Willoughby location- We had a party of 9 with a reservation. First few walked in, nobody around to seat them so they pulled a couple tables together in a corner. Figured if we shouldn't sit there somebody would tell us. After all of us arrive the waitress starts taking drink orders, and a little while later we order food. Food arrives, and a manager comes over and tells us we need to move tables because a large party reserved this table for 4:30 (it was 4:28), and tells us we had no business seating ourselves. When we wouldn't get served and we asked about how we could get served, we were told, "we don't serve *that* table" which is where we were sitting. So we left. When asked why we were leaving and we said what had happened, we were only given an apology and not a remedy. We are regulars there and have never seen this kind of disrespect before. I am very disappointed.
Best patio around. Would go more often if there was more variety in the menu.
Come here a couole times a month n it's always great!
