Very good service friendly employees and great food
Willoughby location. Was with a group of approx. 20 people. Had to ask for someone to take drink orders. Waitress didn’t come back to take food order again had to ask. Had to ask for check. I thought it was strange, perhaps waitresses was new. Food was fair.

I had the Italian Panini. My first experience. Deliciousness!! Our server was fantastic. I'll be back the next time I'm in Cleveland. Came in town to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame from Chicago.
