My husband brought our daughter here on a referral from our pediatrician. Had a good experience. After the initial appointment, daughter's wrist was better and we chose not to have more tests and treatment done. On our part, we should have called to let them know that we weren't going to go ahead with any treatment. But, then we received a letter and a certified letter stating that my daughter could never be a patient there ever again. I found that to be childish. If you are looking for a kind, caring ortho dr. with a great bedside manner, who is conservative in his course of treatment, entertains all options & really listens then this may be your dr. Also, his support staff is one of the best & most thorough I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Oh, and Dr. Gilmore personally calls you the day of your procedure at home to check on you. Class act!!
