I can’t even explain to you the level of stress and anxiety I experienced with my trip. I work in healthcare so this is the first vacation I took in 6 months. I booked a trip alone; I just wanted to relax and enjoy my time. From the moment I arrived to the moment I moved condos it was a nightmare. My condo was so dirty. Called to try to reschedule due to my son testing positive for COVID. The person said the lady i needed to talk to had left for the day and to send her an email. I did, no response. Called back and I asked "Would you rather us come with Covid, then help us reschedule?" they told me "Yes, we are open and Covid is everywhere anyway"

DO NOT use this company. Contact the resort directly. It is a money making scam!!!! If I could give it a negative 5 star I would!!!

Decided to try Panhandle Getaways to rent a condo for Jan-Mar 2021. They found us a place alright and we pais a $325.00 deposit . After consideration we cancelled after 2 weeks. They have a non-refundable deposit unlike many other agencies.To me it is a pretty steep cost for booking and cancelling 2 weeks later. But when mentioned it to the clerk we got the cold shoulder. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends, family and acquaintances . Will not use Panhandle Getaways again. Definitely don't recommend.
