I have never had an experience as I did today when I went in. I have always enjoyed my visit and loved the staff here. Today was different. I simply had a question about my next appointment and was told by Dr. Carr to accept that my request was denied even though I offered to pay extra for the service I was requesting. Dr Carr said I should stop trying to scheme and to stop stressing myself and the staff with the issue. We always strive to give the best treatment to all of our patients, and that starts with good communication! Sorry we had this issue, but we did fix it and admit that our communications here didn't meet our standards! Thank you for calling us back!

Staff at Panhandle Dental are Wonderful people! Professional in every way; Doctor Carr and his staff make a person feel comfortable and are attentive to needs and concerns a patient might have.

Great Visit I had not been to the dentist in 10 years. I was nervous. The staff was very kind and helpful. They treated me like a friend and explained my treatment options to me in a way I could understand. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend Panhandle Dental.
