The manager of the branch doesn’t even know how to apologize or take responsibility for their mistake. They forgot to process my order correctly, and when I returned to fix it, the manager was rude, didn’t apologize, and treated me like I was lying. So unprofessional!
Probably the worst panera i’ve ever been to. something is always messed up in some way for overpriced hospital food.
