Customer service lead was the worst sales representative I had to deal with in a while. Rude with an attitude. I had to leave the store and will probably shop online instead.
you guys need better employees or it's just a companies's fault for bad customer service. I went in store more than 3 times to get my necklace, rings and bracelet washed. El peor Pandora que he visitado. El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Hace algunos meses compré una pulsera y cuando fui a pagar la mujer robusta de pelo rizado me atendió horrible y hasta pidió mi ID para procesar el pago con mi tarjeta de crédito. Hoy fue a cambiar un anillo que compré hace 1 semana porque me di cuenta que me queda un poco pequeño y no lo quiso cambiar porque supuestamente estaba sucio, cuando el anillo ha permanecido en la caja. Terrible customer service. I received two pairs of the same earrings for Christmas. One purchased by my mother and the second by my husband. I did not have a receipt but I asked if I could give my mother’s information to look up her account. The store clerk was reluctant to do this but finally did so. When she pulled up the account the purchase for the earrings showed, however, I realized that my mom had purchased the earrings with a discount.
