I had a very disappointing experience at Pandora yesterday and feel others should be aware. My daughter and I went in to replace a ring that was purchased just 3 weeks ago and covered under warranty due to a missing stone. From the start, Dominique which was the employee assisting us was rude and came off as if she didn’t want to honor the warranty.
