I recently received a Pandora ring as a gift and unfortunately it’s too big. I didn’t realize the return/exchange window had already passed, so I called the store hoping to speak with a manager to see if there was anything they could do. We came to the store with the product (gift for me) which was broken after 2 weeks use (careful use) and asked for help. Neither manager nor consultant were able to help at all. They just gave us a consumer support number and that’s it. How can a product which you buy and it’s broken within such a short period, not be changed or returned in-store? My husband gave me a pair of earrings for my birthday, and after wearing them, they turned green. I brought them in to be inspected, and I was told it had something to do with water. But these earrings are supposed to be made of gold—and gold is a noble metal that does not oxidize. The attention from the young associate was wonderful, but the manager’s attitude was unacceptable.
