Terrible customer service. I went in to purchase a ring and was waiting for my turn. Completely got skipped over and was not even acknowledged with a warm welcome or anything the 25-40 mins I was in there. Will move to purchasing online.
I went to the store to asked for an exchange, on the website they said that you have 30 days for exchange but on the store they said that you have 3 days. It was a gift for my friend, it was small she just need a bigger size that’s it. But they don’t help at all, I called and they said that I can send the bracelet back and then on 15 days I can receive a gift card and buy a new one. THEY MAKE A HUGE PROCESS for something so simple to change the size. Really disappointed of this brand NOTHING CHEAP and the service is terrible... read more

I don’t know who rated this location less than 5 stars. Customer service, absolutely amazing. They helped me customize a charm for my bridesmaid proposal and were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Unforgettable experience. They even gave other local recommendations. Will definitely be returning! Dominique, Carolina & Kelly (manager) were amazing.
