staff is so sweet and helpful - I would definitely go again if I was in halifax :)
Rubbish customer service. They don’t even know the word politeness. I would say there was one tall lady, I don’t know her name but she was so loud, felt like she’s fighting with me, everyone in the store was looking at me. I’m introvert type of person, Otherwise I would say her to speak calmly and to learn some good customer service skills. Actually she was just frustrated that we went to the store around their closing time. But still we had 20 minutes in closing. In short, I want to say, they don’t hire polite people.
