pick up process was seamless and smooth! amazing service from Faith, such a lovely personality and excellent service from her :) i usually feel awkward picking up items but she made me feel super comfortable and was great at small talk! amazing job for having great staff
The staff aren’t remotely helpful and don’t seem that they want to be there. I purchased a ring which was gold plates, maybe about 2 weeks later the gold plating started rubbing off which was ridiculous. I went into the store and with the receipt and said there was nothing they could do, they ridiculed me and said I should be more careful next time which is insane. I’ve bought cheaper jewelry from online stores that were gold plated and the plating never rubbed off at those stores……. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
