I had a very disappointing experience at this Pandora store today. I went in to buy a ring as a random purchase — I didn’t have a specific design in mind, which is completely normal for a jewelry store visit. From the moment we entered, the staff gave us an unwelcoming vibe just by looking at us. We waited almost 10 minutes before anyone approached us. What a difference a day makes. Was in the store dec 1. Clerk was pleasant and professional. I bought 2 silver chains and 2 charms. Signed up for an account spent over 200. Dollars. Clerk put my packages together with care and attention. A 5 star experience. Was in today for similar purchases. Was told by clerk they had no sales on u less you purchased over 175.00. i just don’t even wanna give 1 star but no 0 options. Poorest, Gross, ridiculous customer service. They need to learn manners before doing customer service. Pandora needs to give their employees some lessons on how to deal with customers before hiring them. The Ladies have zero respect towards their customers. Manager is way ruder than employees.
