Purchased a gift in store and the system was "down". Points were never awarded. Upon contacting customer service they refused to offer any resolution since it was last the 30 day mark. This was the first year we purchased multiple family members gifts from Pandora with the idea that we would continue to do so. We will not be purchasing again from this company.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service at this store. I completely understand that staff may be busy assisting another customer, but that doesn’t mean other customers waiting should simply be ignored. We waited without any acknowledgment from the staff—not even a simple “Hi,” “I’ll be with you shortly,” or “Thank you for waiting.” It takes only a few seconds to recognize that someone is there, and it makes a big difference in how customers feel. Rubbish customer service. They don’t even know the word politeness. I would say there was one tall lady, I don’t know her name but she was so loud, felt like she’s fighting with me, everyone in the store was looking at me. I’m introvert type of person, Otherwise I would say her to speak calmly and to learn some good customer service skills. Actually she was just frustrated that we went to the store around their closing time. But still we had 20 minutes in closing. In short, I want to say, they don’t hire polite people.
