We recently had a wonderful experience working with Miramar Kitchen and Bath. They helped us with a complete bath remodel where we wanted everything replaced down to the drywall. With only a basic idea of what we wanted we were extremely impressed by how Nicole, Martin and Brookelyn took the time to get to know us personally to best advise on fixtures, materials, design and color options. Miramar Kitchen and Bath took such amazing care of me when I remodeled my bathroom. I had never done anything like that before and they were so patience, friendly and knowledgeable that I always felt like I was in good hands. Everyone at the office including Brookelyn and Nicole were very responsive and kind even when I had a dumb question! This is the second time we have used Miramar kitchen & bath. Both times they have been extremely professional and we were very pleased with the results. We appreciate how responsive they were anytime we had questions or concerns and they resolved any issues that came up in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with their whole team.
I can’t say enough good things about Martin and Nicole! Unlike the horror stories I have heard from friends who remodeled, Miramar Kitchens and Bath were not only on budget, but we’re here when they said they would be, even a bit ahead of schedule, and the easiest folks to communicate with. If I had 2 kitchens I would do it all again! I have told them to use me for a reference because they will get rave reviews from me.
The experience with Miramar was spectacularly awesome! From beginning to end it was seamless. These folks know what they are doing! The customer service is just that "you are the customer". it is rare these days for a company to cater and ensure you are happy with their work and service.
