After paying, i wanted to upgrade to a premium option but the lady wouldn't let me. And charged me for a new dish in addition to the one i requested which i didn't take! Rude staff that don't deserve your business!
I love panda
If you're looking for quintessential American Chinese cuisine, this spot never fails. The staff is always really friendly and the food tastes exactly the same every time I visit. This particular store used to have custom combos which I was a huge fan of, but they seem to have been removed as of late. Will they be missed? Yes. Will I still be going back for more food? Also yes.
Even after placing my order online before visiting the store, the restaurant didn't respect the allocated pickup time and made me wait while they prioritised in store customers only. If you guys do not want customers from online platforms please feel free to disable the system, rather than misusing it for your own benifit to just attract customers.
Every food item is literally soaked in oil. Also no taste at all.
