Trying to reach them for the last 2 days but in vain. Yesterday (11/15/11) called them and receptionist took all the details and confirmed that the service engg will call back in 5 mins, but did not receive any call. Today also, called them up and the same story. Very bad service till now.

Pancom has been maintaining our Computers and Network System for over 4 years now. They are very reliable and professional in the way they deal with our issues. We had other companies that supports us in the past, but so far, Pancom tops the list. We will remain their client for a long time to come.
Price was great, service was greater.Through, Courteous, personable, and professional--very refreshing to have such great service. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
I really cant say enough good things about Pancom, Alex came out completely fixed my computer and offered to stay and help with other problems on the computer that I had been having.... He was always right on time when he made a house call even coming early which was great !!! Very nice, professional attitude. His prices are more than reasonable, I will recommend him to everyone .....

If youre looking for great service and expert problem solving then this is the place to go. They fixed my crashed hard drive and restored all of my data, all within a weeks time. Dont bother going anywhere else. These people know what theyre doing.
