Trying to reach them for the last 2 days but in vain. Yesterday (11/15/11) called them and receptionist took all the details and confirmed that the service engg will call back in 5 mins, but did not receive any call. Today also, called them up and the same story. Very bad service till now.

I really cant say enough good things about Pancom, Alex came out completely fixed my computer and offered to stay and help with other problems on the computer that I had been having.... He was always right on time when he made a house call even coming early which was great !!! Very nice, professional attitude. His prices are more than reasonable, I will recommend him to everyone .....

If youre looking for great service and expert problem solving then this is the place to go. They fixed my crashed hard drive and restored all of my data, all within a weeks time. Dont bother going anywhere else. These people know what theyre doing.
Excellent service! My laptop needed some major hardware repairs and I got a very affordable price from Pancom. technician picked up my laptop and brought it back very soon with all repairs. I never had to leave my house! Customer service was excellent, technical service was great, and the price was extremely affordable. I would highly recommend!
PC problems always unnerve me. Pancom tech fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend Pancom and I will definitely use them again!
