Best Temporary Staffing Agency in Pittsburgh Pancoast is a family owned and operated staffing agency with its main office in downtown Pittsburgh and several other offices in the suburbs. I can't say enough good things about them as I have been on both sides of utilizing their services - I have had full-time jobs where I need to hire a temp. and I have also worked for them as a temp. WORST EXPERIENCE The following are my opinions: Horrible Staffing Agency - Please Stay away from them. Ok, so they are a family business been around for 30 yrs. So you would think they should be doing something right, Right? Well in my opinion, they are resume gatherers but not very proactive in staying in contact with their candidates. I called to schedule "an interview" months ago as I have 25+ years of legal, sales and management experience. When I arrived at the office, it looked "shabby", "outdated" and "dirty" with row... read more

Excellent Temp Agency! Pancoast Temp Agency not only treated me with respect, but negotiated on my behalf for a raise at my placement after I started taking on more responsibilities. They were also very understanding when I had to take a few days with little warning in advance off for a personal emergency. Finally, in placing me, they were concerned with what I was looking for personally and professionally and made me feel comfortable in every placement.
