Usually its good, but this time, the food was skimpy and not hot and the service was poor.

West Memphis location:: Food was bland. Tasted like it came from a can, box or frozen. Definitely not fresh. Bathroom was dirty and very run down. Nothing special about "the best dip on the planet". The only positives: pleasant staff and service. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is because I know there are other locations and they might be better. Would not return to the West Memphis location.

This place isnt to bad IF!!! You like Alpo Dog food taco's and the barrito was nasty refried beans nasty . The unsweet tee was good and the waitress was nice and sweet she did a great job she just cant help the food SUCKS!!!..... i wont be back

I have loved Pancho's since I was a little girl. Grew up eating Pancho's and was one of my husband and my favorite places to go on dates. Their cheese dip and salsa are The BEST! ! Great service, great food !!

It's okay..They didn't have half of what you wanted ..Taco salad was nothing but lettuce, meat, and cheese..Taco salad should have a taco bowl it goes in..This one I won't eat at again...The one that was in Bossier City Louisiana was the best one still.. very disappointed when I went here :-( the waitress was amazing though, she was just prefect..

I've eaten at Pancho's since I was a child! It is one of my all time faves!! Usually have to get my food to go because I ate too much dip!! Best dip ever!!
