Tech does not know equipment being worked on. Ruined equipment while trying to fix. Company will not and has not tried to let customer know status. Did not order part (warranty) until customer called on status. Has been 5-6 months since. No response. Company has trouble answering a call during business hours. I would like to have a knowledgable, ************* fix my equipment sooner than later.

I'm very sorry about all this, I see in the records that we went out in September for a service, I also see that we have been in communication with the contractor who built your house as he is the one who scheduled the appointment with us, we did tell him that the part was on backorder and we would contact him as soon as we got a deliver date, as of yet it is still on backorder therefore we have not had any news to tell him. We would also like to fix your equipment sooner rather than later but we cannot force the manufacture... read more
