This place is the best. Have been going here for years.
The music was nice n not to loud. The service was good, both dips cheese n salsa was excellent, and our meat n bean salad bowls were great! I will b back!!

Always loved Panchos. I grew up going there. I had a big complaint last time and they fixed it. Even sent me a letter with vouchers for next visit. And no one comes close to the cheese dip.
Took my daughter-in-law to her first visit to Pancho's yesterday. She loved it. The service was great as was the food. Do not live in Memphis now, but still go there whenever possible. Never been disappointed and will definitely go back.
Worst customer service i seen in a long time, and the food is really Bad . What happened to the Ponchos on Perkins. Th e health department needs to go look at the kitchen, i did. They left an itw=em out of our order last night and i called them and they said they did. I went back today and i called them and told them i was on my way. I go in and stand around for several minutes and no one everr came up so i walked around and found some one and explained why i was here.
