I love Pancheros but I have visited this Pancheros 3 times and all 3 times they were out of meat. They are also severely understaffed. Disappointing because their food is so good.
Update from a 5 star review.... Worst experience ever. I love pancheros, but this was ridiculous. To start, the "lead" guy who was pressing tortillas would not stop talking enough to make the tortillas. The rest of the team was waiting around. We had to wait for 2 online order to get made down an empty line. Only once those were done, he started to make our tortillas. The glass shields were covered in food and clearly haven't been cleaned in awhile. I got steak and it was full of fatty chunks. We got there at 11:45 and once ... read more
Had no back ups prepared when out of rice and queso had to wait 15 minutes before anyone was helped or acknowledged while they all stood there doing nothing. Staff then had no sense of urgency and all looked as if they hated their jobs.. guy at the register was short and rude when checking out… the tea dispenser is not hooked up correctly and does not pour correct teas…. Garbages were over flowing… hope people read this review
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Today I ordered a steak burrito to pick up after my 11 hr shift. When I walked in, there was a crowd of people waiting for online orders. It took over an hour and a half to get my food. My burrito had a grand total of 2 pieces of steak. I paid $13 for a tortilla and scoop of rice. I tried to call about it and got no answer
Absolutely disgusting I’ll leave it at that. Tortillas are way under cooked took a bite and spit it out straight dough horrible line nasty ass treys of food 1/10 GO TO CHIPOTLE
