I have never had a bad experience with Pancheros until today. I ordered a bowl on DoorDash and when it came, there was sour cream on the entire bowl. My receipt did not have sour cream listed on it and although I would usually eat it, I have an extreme allergy to dairy. I tried to call the restaurant but every time I did it would say call failed. No one would pick up. All I want is a refund for messing up my order but they clearly don't have the time of day to pick up their phone.
We showed up at close and hunter, terry and justin were very accommodating! No matter how late, they were very nice and happy to serve us!
great customer service. Justin, Hunter, Terry were the 3 employees who made my experience wonderful and answered all my questions. the atmosphere was great.
I've never had a bad experience at Pancheros. The Ames, Iowa location consisted of fresh ingredients, large servings and friendly staff. Thank you for a perfect dinner.
