It’s been over two weeks. I don’t have my MRI sent over to the doctor yet. Last week they said that their system was down for the whole week somehow. And now this week (a whole week later), my doctor still hasn’t received my MRI from them and they don’t answer their phone. It’s crucial to check it out to get back to work full time and over two weeks is unacceptable.
I was in so much pain. The staff helped me and comforted me.
