This place is so much fun to shop at! I'm in love with the llama bag but got my daughter a purse with a horse on it. She will love it. There are pretty leashes, tons of outfits, upscale treats and shampoos, home decor. The people there are very friendly, especially the owner, Kimberly. So glad I found this place and I have a new place to shop for all my friends with fur babies.
Pampered Pets salon has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the last time I made an appointment there was a scheduling conflict on their side so even though they apologize that it was their fault I just try to make another appointment and they want me to pre-pay because of their error!

I live in Ukiah but visit my daughter in Folsom often. This is where I take my mini Aussie. They do a fantastic job. Aussies have a lot of fur and I get the furminator treatment. They are the best.
Had some difficulty finding this place (my fault, went to the wrong shopping center) and was about 10 minutes late for my first grooming appointment with them for my 3 dogs. I was told that because I was late, they wouldn’t take any of the dogs. They came off as a bit rude, but I brushed it off. Then they said that if I wanted to reschedule that I would have to pre-pay now for their services and came off as extremely rude. They did an excellent job on our two large German Shepherds. One was very anxious, they acknowledged her anxiety, and handled her well. Our dogs were pretty dirty from camping all weekend. Unlike any other groomers we have been to, they completely got the dirty lake water dog smell out! Our pups are now looking and smelling amazing! The price was MUCH cheaper then our other groomers too. One of our dogs has sensitive skin and I love how this place can accommodate that. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
Our 2 german shepherds look and feel wonderful! Furminated to my hearts content and dog tired!!
