I would never bring my pet here I tried to drop off my girlfriends dog this morning she had an 8 o'clock appointment she just recently had a double mastectomy she has breast cancer, therefore unable to drive or unload her dog from the car. I had an appt for my dog today at 1230. It took about a month on the waiting list to get in. I received a call at 10am asking about valid rabies shots for my dog so i gave them my vets number to call and never heard back. I left work in placerville to pick my dog up and head to the appt but my other dog got out so i was running about 10 mins late. There was 2 people at the counter with one elderly customer that kept asking lots of questions so i sat there for 10 mins waiti… See more

Lukas is our favorite groomer for our standard Doodle, Benny. Lukas is knowledgeable, dependable and a skilled groomer. I highly recommend Pampered Pet. They make you feel like family and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile for us!
