Caring staff, clean facility, my 3 dogs were well cared for.
They have always been really good with my 3 dogs the last 30 years. The staff has always been great. No problems with boarding or bathing.
I'd give it a zero if I could. Just recently got my dog back from boarding from them and he lost a ton of weight and is extremely jumpy when we approach him now and is babying one of his back legs. I will never take my dog back. And will never reccomend you to anyone!!!

I traveled to Norfolk for a 2 day conference at the college and our regular dog walker at home has graduated, so needed 'doggie daycare' for our 2 nine-month old Labraheeler Catalouha pups. They experienced many firsts, and except for not liking the noise of a dryer as they walked down the hall, they were happy to go back the 2nd day. That's a win. Julie and her staff cared well for them.
It's a great place to board your dog. They are so good to my dog. Great place
