Today is the third time I made an appointment and I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get started. I understand being busy, but if someone makes an appointment it should be kept. I also understand that sometimes you will get behind, but at least acknowledge that someone is waiting. When I just started to get up and leave someone finally came over. Wonderful experience! Attention to detail, very polite and welcoming, and listen to your needs!!! And you can tell the employees love working with each other.
