RecommendedGreat experience! I have had my hair done, nails done, and feet done here and loved my experience every time. They make sure you’re taken care of every time and do not disappoint!
I use to love going here, but since I assume the new ownership, the nail service has gone down hill. The past several times I've gone, my nails look haphazard & they chip within a day of normal washing & activities. I've tried to continue to use this salon because I absolutely loved it when it first opened & under the old management, but they've changed too much & the quality of service has gone way down. I will be looking for a new place to go to feel pampered & polished...
I have a GC I got from my husbands company for Christmas and I drove over there from WM just to be told that I had to have an appointment. I told her I didn’t realize that and she told me “ well you know now” then she told me she doesn’t do acrylics and the person who gave me the GC should’ve told me I had to make an appointment. The lady is very lucky I had my daughter with me because I could’ve told her a few choice words on what I thought about her smart mouth!!
