No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even when I have several months between appointments. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
