We didn’t experience any issues at the Drs office. My 3 kids were treated in a professional manner. Office staff was good and the Dr was really nice and caring.
They wouldn’t let me son who is on disability get a medical clarence, they never answer the phones. The hold time is insane and the staff is rude. I’m switching my kids doctors asap
My children are all teens now so that’s why I stick with them. Doctors are great! Office staff, not so much. Unprofessional and at times rude. Biggest gripe is good luck getting a sick visit. For the past 3 years, anytime my children needed a fast, sick visit, they are unable to accommodate. I’ve had to bring them to an urgent care center. Why bother having a primary care doctor if the can never be seen when needed? If they weren’t about to age out of pediatrics, we would have left a long time ago. Very frustrating.
Very bad experience specially front desk
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The staff is rude unprofessional and incompetent. They look at you in disgust and act like you’re stupid. The place is an absolute joke it’s filthy run down and disgusting. No gloves were worn when my son’s temperature weight height oxygen and bp were being checked. OH and let’s not forget they took it upon themselves to cancel my daughters appointment. Do yourself and your children a favor and do not come here. Waste of time they are nothing but unhelpful and dirty.
