Really listens and guides and redirects well. Phenomenal insight. Gives homework. You will truly work on your issues and improve. Learning so much working with her. My primary issue is codependency. Highly recommend.
When I went to see Dr. Ruffer, I was depressed and struggling with addiction. She really understands addiction and was a great help. She also helped me work through some trauma from my past. I am sober over a year now. She was great.
