Dr. Ruffer was extremely helpful, particularly when I was in crisis. She intervened and immediately provided techniques for me to manage my anxiety- it’s been very empowering. I responded quickly and positively- her guidance has been invaluable. She demstrated a level of caring that was quite calming- I went from a 10 in terms of anxiety scale to a 3 or 4 and that allowed me to work on my techniques that effectively brought me down to a 1. Dr. Ruffer was understanding, attentive, and compassionate. She truly listens and offers tools and advice to help deal with the complexities of daily life. She helped me to grow in my awareness and confidence, and I would recommend her without hesitation.
Dr. Pamela is very attentive and extremely easy to talk to. She doesn't judge. Ever. She asks questions to help you work your way though the issue(s) and offers tools to help you cope. I've seen her on and off over the past few years and each time she was able to help me get back to center.
I saw Dr. Ruffer after I had lost my husband. I had a hard time dealing with the loss & was very depressed. She helped me work thru it and I can't express how thankful I am that I was referred to her.She is so kind, compassionate & listened to whatever I was feeling without judgement. I will always feel indebted to her.
Dr. Pamela Ruffer truly cares about her patients. She was very genuine and sincere about my issues. She taught me to own my feelings, and was able to untangle the difficulties that had become my everyday life. I would not have the confidence and happiness in my life if it wasn't for her knowledge and support.

My husband and I went to Dr. Ruffer for marriage counseling, she taught us how to communicate better. We read a book that helped us understand our love language and how to use it to connect to your partner more. We did get homework that was very beneficial in us growing individually and as a couple. She helped us explore things from our childhood that has contributed to who we are today. Dr. Ruffer has very good insight and gives extremely good feedback. I have recommended her to friends.
Dr. Ruffer is an incredible therapist. She helped me find my inner strength to combat severe anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Highly recommended.
