I had a total knee replacement done in Aug, 2025 and requested to have my rehab done at PAM. This was an excellent choice.i found the staff was very dedicated, friendly and encouraging.Food was great. It is a very clean facility. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing joint rehabilitation.
10/10. Incredible care. Doctors, nurses, therapists, and techs, communicate daily, so the entire team is always on the same page.
During my mother’s stay, I wasn’t able to personally support her due to my own medical reasons and wanting to avoid getting others sick. The first two nurses, along with the male nurse, were very helpful and attentive. I’d especially like to thank the therapy team for involving the doctor when I noticed my mom hadn’t been eating or drinking for a few days. My physical and occupational therapists were very supportive and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience!
I want to preface this by saying this place deserves a 5 start, however 1 event has over shadowed my stay. Staff was awesome, took really great care of me honestly, save one. I know that this may seem trivial to most people, and I’m not one that likes to complain for publicity, however I will speak up about things that should never have happened.
