Had my jeep towed and they gave me a loaner car, i was called twice to authorize diagnostic tests,was told car needed new catylitic converter Came to pick up car a few days later I was informed the engine was shot Really I asked to put old catylitic converter back in, was told we don't to that here, 1100.00 misdiagnosis Sorry I went there, would never go back
Palumbo's is THE place to bring your car! Their personal service is top notch. Maggie and Leila kept me informed of my car's progress daily and were so kind. They provided me with a loaner and when I picked up my car I hardly recognized it, SO CLEAN, complete with shiny tires! They will be seeing me for regular oil changes in the future. Thank you ALL for going the extra mile, fixing a stubborn engine light issue and keeping me safe. Peace

Absolutely the best - and not just because of the great service. These are good, fun, quirky people who care about their customers, the community and each other. They are sensitive to each customer's situation, offering multiple options when appropriate and never trying to sell you things you don't need.
