RecommendedGoing to Palumbos is like clicking your heels three times and magic happens I am in a wheelchair with an accessible vehicle and my key fob battery was dead so I stopped in to Palumbo’s and a very nice gentleman came out and greeted me in my car and took my fob , brought it upstairs , put a new battery in it and checked to make sure it worked viola!! I tried to give him a tip - he wouldn’t except it but he did offer to put it into the Guilford Food Bank jar that they have - I am very grateful they are right across the street ... read more

The best and most honest place in New England!
I dropped my wife’s Range Rover off this morning with a warning on the dash that read “ replace brake pads.” Normally a very pricey job on this vehicle. I received a call from Lela to tell me it only needed a $40 sensor. You can’t beat the honesty of Palumbos!!!
Owner is a huge supporter of the community and charitable organizations. I went today for a tire repair...only ended up needing a plug. Instead of charging they asked me to make a food bank donation. Good people!
We have had many wonderful experiences with Palumbos since moving to Guilford! Most recently we had a minor accident, had our car towed to Palumbos in the evening after hours and when we spoke with them at 8:30 am the next morning they already had an idea of a plan. Very thoughtful, very thorough. We are always satisfied- and this time we are once again blown away! Thank you for taking such great care of us!
