I work for Walker Loden in Madison and I was making a delivery to Guilford for a customer and I got a flat tire in front of her home. . The TEAM at Palumbo's is second to none. They proved it again this week when my wife's car had a transient noise issue. Kind, helpful and always going out of there way to make sure that you and your car are always taken care of. Palumbo's is a top notch repair shop!!! We brought our son's vehicle in for frame and brake repair. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end, from the ladies at the desk to the technician and even Peter, the owner. Everything was explained to us in a way we could understand. Peter even crawled under the vehicle to explain to my teenage son what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Friendly, Honest and GREAT customer service. A+ all the way with Palumbo's!! I've never visited a mechanic that I actually liked and trusted, but these guys are fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone - they even gave my car a bath before I picked it up!!
