i wish i could leave negative stars. i am a current tenant sharing my experience with this property management company. when i moved in july, the unit was extremely dirty and not move-in ready. i had to clean the apartment myself. since move-in, there have also been ongoing issues with rodents and bugs, which have been a persistent concern. most recently, an emergency maintenance issue occurred in early january involving a broken washing machine holding standing water for several days. despite submitting an emergency request... read more
I would not recommend renting from SL Management, Palomar Management, South Arthur Apartments, or any other business name Cindy Cleaver uses for her properties to my worst enemy. I viewed my apartment, 217 South Arthur Ashe Blvd Apt 12, about two weeks prior to my move-in date and it was extremely dirty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. It is actually criminal what they try to get away with. I rented with Polamar for 2 years. I never missed a rent payment. These people will find all kinds of ways for you not to be able to contact them. Seriously, they never answer any of their phones. I’m pretty sure Ernest has blocked my number. They have the worst property management skills ever they do not answer the phone. They put bandages over small repairs, the constantly uploading late bills. I’ve been paying the same bill for the last three months of me living in new Port Landing Apartments one month it was almost 1100 and my rent is supposed to be 873 And then their maintenance employees don’t even actually look for the issue they just come in and take a look and see it’s no issue without doing the job
If I could give them less than a star i would they entire property management sucks nobody answers and the New Port Landing apartments are always raising the trying to scam you out of more money this is the worst property management company
