Worst Property Management!!! They never answer your Maintenance or emergency requests on time. I had 2 Gas leaks at my apartment. Water leaks, cracked ceilings rodents and they sent me a bill because they fumigated. incredible!! . Technician also came to check my stove after they replaced my stove with another old stove. and told me the oven was in perfect condition. The stove almost caused a gas explosion. It has been two weeks and have not heard from them . They have not replaced my stove. So no gas and no stove until God ... read more
Worst place I ever lived. I just moved and didn’t turn my keys in and they got the Maintence to go in my apartment and throw my stuff away. When I was concerned and upset about it they called him and told him to change the locks if I don’t turn my keys in. They are rude and not attentive. Very unsafe places to live. They don’t care about the resident safety. I will never rent with them again,
Palomar Management is a great management group! Since they’ve taken over the community I live in, the improvements have been noticeable and appreciated. They’ve made important repairs and upgrades around the property, and the new staff they’ve brought in truly cares about the residents and maintaining the community. It’s refreshing to see a team that’s responsive, professional, and committed to making things better. I’m genuinely happy with the new management and the direction things are heading.
Our family absolutely loves the new management! Since they took over, the difference has been night and day. The maintenance team is quick, professional, and really takes pride in their work. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they truly care about the residents at New Port Landing . The changes they've made have had such a positive impact—it's finally starting to feel like home again. Great job to the entire team!
