My Thanksgiving dinner would have been ruined if it weren't for Germaine and the Palomar team. We reported an electrical problem on 11/27 at like 8pm and within an hour, an electrician was at our apartment fixing the problem. The electrical problem ended up breaking the oven and Germaine worked to get us a brand new one on Thanksgiving morning. Just in time to start cooking! I'm so thankful for their whole team working on a holiday to help me and my family.

It is terrible… it’s ghetto THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL .. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE RENTAL OFFICE THEY DONT RETURN YOUR CALLS. YOU HAVE VEEN WARNED THE NEIGHBORS PUT SHIT ON MY DOOR.. Not only that but when you put in a maintenance request they never show up. Today is November the 2 2024 I have put in several maintenance request for assistance since 9am my ceiling have been leaking and know one has showed up. DONT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY, Run FAST. I live in 218 south arthur ashe boulevard, this the second time that I come homefrom work after working a 12 hour shift to a apartment that has no heat I have reached out to maintenance for help. This company doesn't care about its tenants. So uncaring about being 39 degrees outside and no heat in the building they made easy for me to decide on moving when my lease is over

Needed a replacement key for my mailbox, I messaged management on a Friday and Cindy Cleaver told me that that was no issue and to put in a service request through the web portal. Once I told her that I had important mail in my box and that waiting for my turn to receive service would cause trouble for me, she personally drove to my apartment and delivered the key to me within 2 hours of my request. Amazing service, thanks guys.

This is the worst management company that i have ever had to deal with. The property manager act like he is concerned about the issues but that's not true. I have been waiting for them to paint my unit because it hasn't been done since 20012. I just got a decline notice for my paint because it was said that it wasn't needed but no one even came in to look at it, I've taken pictures of the unit.
