terrible. my boyfriend had an emergency surgery and was unable to move in by the move in date the property manager set (after move in fees were fully paid). New Port Landings mgmnt revoked his approval and said he would get a refund 3 months ago yet never credited it to him. Management are ignoring our emails at this point.
Lived in a Hampton property for a year, apartment had mold, entire building had a foul odor, maintenance unable to fulfill requests for repairs. I’ve since moved out as of March. I received confirmation that I should expect my security deposit to be returned within 30 business days. It has been over that amount of time. I have called and emailed, being told I should expect a call back regarding the manner - no call back or correspondence.
I am currently renting from this company. I have lived in this building for two years. It was not until recently that I started having issues with people urinating at my door. I have let the Leasing Office know and nothing has been done about it. This has occurred well over a few times. Every occurrence has been sent to the leasing office.
