Best Flooring Contractor in Southern California!!!Not enough good words to describe how much this company cares about its customers and their experience. Truly where expert craftsmanship meets outstanding value.
Palomar Flooring said they could fix the “cupping” of our wood floor by refinishing it. Turns out, cupping is indicative of too much moisture UNDER the floor, and refinishing is the worst possible solution. So within a few months the floor boards were cupping again. Palomar came back, took a moisture reading (why didn’t they do that BEFORE refinishing?), said it wasn’t their problem, and stopped returning my calls. So much for their warranty.
