RecommendedI loved this place! I came to Tyler not knowing a soul, and everyone in the office and maintenance took care of me from day 1! I couldn't have asked for a cleaner, safer, or more comfortable place to live! The pool areas was wonderful with a community grill and spa. I'm so glad I puchased a covered parking space as well. If your looking for an awesome place to live.... this is it!
It is the best place! You are safe and it’s a great community. The office treats everyone like family! I love the coffee bar and all the amenities the gym is 5 star. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I don’t ever want to move.

Such a great community! Location is great and the ladies in the office are always helpful! I am always using the conference center for my business meetings which helps me a lot. Anytime I need anything done or fixed the maintenance staff is always on it. I totally recommend palomar!
