RecommendedI love the quality of the apartments at Palomar. High ceilings, crown molding, gated security, washer/dryers supplied and I even get my light bulbs changed! the staff is awesome and always helpful!
There is truly no better place to live in Tyler than Palomar! The staff are amazing and they truly care about their residents. If you’re debating on whether you want to move there or not, look no further! WELCOME HOME!
Called for an hour could not reach office staff, drove over to find out if they had a 3 bedroom still could not receive help stood in the front manager turned and looked and ignored us. Nevermind were not interested

We were prior residents at Palomar and are excited to join the community again in June. We left and haven’t been the same since we did sadly and now that we are returning we feel alive again. The staff is amazing, it’s a clean environment, very friendly neighbors, the pool is always clean and the coffee bar is amazing! The assistant manager Lacey is a doll and very very sweet!! Can’t wait to make this place our home again! 💕💕💕
The people and safety were excellent and we would recommend these apartments to everyone!! We had never stayed in an apartment complex before and the staff made our transaction and stay excellent!!
By far the best place in Tyler, TX to place your roots! We absolutely love the staff in the office to the maintenance team. When it come to excellence this place is TOP!!
