I was looking for and apartment as I may be transferring to Amarillo. I have to say my first impression was fabulous. The apartments inside and out were well maintained. Tanya was great and very helpful and knowledgeable of the property and the area, her enthusiasm and care to find me just what I need was enough to make me want to live there. I just want to stop by and tell y'all about these apartments. When I first moved in the apartment I was a Lil on the iffy side, but as I stayed and got to know the ppl in the office, especially Victoria Herrera my stay became more comfy. She is an awesome young lady and they make sure you are taken care of. It's a nice area to be in and the apartment i stayed in was very nice and well kept. I would definitely recommend it to someone to move in.
This our first time living in apartments. Victoria and Tanya made everything so easy!

I have lived here for 13 yrs great place close to schools and office staff is friendly it makes it nice when u have office staff that is friendly and helps when u have a problem.. thanks

I have know Tanya for 10 years and me and my son both lived at her property in Tulsa Ok she is the best ever love her to death and she was always there for you and everyone there loved her and she did so much for everyone party's cookouts pool party she was always busy and now I am moving to Amarillo and so excited to be able to have her again and love the property love ya girl they are blessed to have you and your smiling face..

I'm starting my second year here. The management staff is wonderful. I do have issues with my work orders not being completed and leary about your belongings such as your car being safe outside. Other than that it's pretty good.
