This park is gorgeous! We loved hiking through and the trails were almost empty.
I was only able to spend about a day, but I covered a lot of territory. It’s a great park that has something for everyone.

Beautiful desert-like hiking (very close to Grand Canyon) without ad much heat. Many hiking, mountain biking & horse trails.
We loved the park! Everyone should come and visit! We climbed all the way up to the light house to end up just underneath it I was just too tired to continue. After we took the wrong path since it was not marked.
Is there a burn ban expected for weekend of April 14th, 2018?
Beautiful place- absolutely wonderful. We did part of the light house trail with red towering cliffs/mesas with bands of yellow surrounding us on the canyon trail. Stunning.
