Mostly just small issues with the suite, but when you're on vacation and paying for an upper grade stay you would expect these problems not to be an issue, they were handled quickly and professionaly but a 3 is all I can give for this one.
Thanks to Alex at the front for not dodging my problem, but rather work to find a solution for me with great customer service while being the only person at the desk. Saw him treat another guest with an issue equally well. Always liked this place and great customer service is always appreciated.
My new favorite place to stay!!! The suite was amazing! Had the BEST view of Vegas. Can't wait to bring my friends back to enjoy it with me next time.
