Arrived late and no offer any help about our suitcases. No sign or direction to the room... very confusing. Trying to get help from staffs and they wasn't so helpful and ignored us. Finally, got in the room and the shower was broken, only one robe in the closet, etc!!!! But I giving one star because the housekeeper who came to room after I called for pillows, towels, and blanket. She helping us set the bed and super nice.
No casino to walk through... more of a condo than a hotel room. Easy access and travel to points in LV. Staff are very good. Easy walk to ajoining casino and food court and theatres
I can't complain I definitely enjoyed staying the condo side a lot more than the casino side super peaceful enjoyed the kitchenette in room the space the views were awesome definitely will stay on the condo side again in the future
