Absolutely a beautiful place . It was so clean and the view of the strip was everything! Staff was super nice !!
Good evening I stayed at your hotel Feb 11 -14 at which time I was biten by bedbugs. I filmed and took pictures, I filled out a report with the staff and have yet to be contacted. I was there with my artist Raekwon the Chef (wu tang)and our publicist. I need this issue resolved. We have contacted our attorney and are fully prepared to go to the media and all press outlets with our film and pictures. We would like to resolve this issue rapidly, however your staff continues to drag the issue out which is unacceptable.
