The service at the palms is awful. Currently in a room I DIDNT want, paid for a studio, cant even warm up my breakfast. They have trained the employees and management to be robots and repeat the same thing over and over again, I would never ever refer this hotel to anyone.. not even if it was free...
Love the Palms
Not a friendly place!!! Staff and security hassle people. Can't have a good time with my local friends. I'd rather stay somewhere on the strip or even at the Gold Coast or Rio across the street. At least their staff is friendlier. Palms is more concerned of people having fun and killing their vibe than people doing wrongful things. I do not recommend this place!!! Tell your friends and family not to stay at this place.
I watched the place be built in 07' . Went openingof the ghost bar. I helpt build MENS CLUB right down the street. Still looks goood!! :-)
I've stayed at the palms hotel in Vegas about 5 yrs ago and it was the most fun I've ever had I loved it and the playboy shop within plus the tattoo shop and lots of games with amazing food pools and music hope to go back one day lol
The casino 1 of the best
The worst experience ever, i wouldn't recommend this place. They don't take care of their costumers. It is 2:15 am and 2 loud trucks are doing some type of work outside. I called the operator And they dont do anything about it. I didnt know that the sound effects were included in the amenities being this a 200 dollar night. Ridiculous!! Not fair, we are not all here to party. Some of us have to work tomw and we have to deal w this issues!:) very disappointed!:) videos will be on the social media so you could see
