Favorite spot in all of Vegas, nice rooms, good food, and great music......what more do you need?
This place is a joke. Since the new management has taken over the place, they've turned it into a septic tank. No wonder they're losing customers.

Had a great stay! The rooms were ultra modern, the service from the staff was great. The Front Desk staff did a great job at anticipating our needs, and they went the extra mile to help me and my wife celebrate our special occasion. The dining options are stellar. We love N9NE Steakhouse and the Sunday brunch at Simon. If you don't stay at Palms you are really missing out on a wonderful resort!

BIRTHDAY MUST
If I weren't laying here listening to the pictures on the walls vibrate to the music at the pool party at midnight before a big business meeting, I might have given them 2 stars. Customer service here sucks. The manager at the front desk would be fired on the spot if he worked for me and talked to my customers that way. What's the point of a hotel if people don't get to sleep? This place won't be on the map long if they don't learn how to treat customers and guests with respect. Can't wait to check out and move to the Rio!
