Love living here! We are happily signing our yearly lease for the third year in a row. We love living here! The apartments are beautiful and spacious! Lots of closet space, including a huge storage closet on the deck. Kitchen is amazing - lots of cabinets and all the counter space you need! And I love to cook!! Grounds are well maintained and any request for maintenance is completed quickly! Come live here - you will be so happy!!
Wonderful apartments in a great location I was originally let down by another apartment complex at the last minute, leaving me 2 days to find a place before the move. Garrett at the management office was wonderful!! Not only did he find the perfect apartment for me..over the pool..but worked to get me approved while I waited, removing the stress. I have since moved in and it is better than I expected. I was nervous about the proximity of i75, but it cannot be heard inside and only occasionally when out on the patio. The comp... read more

Love it here! In my time living here all I can say is that I simply love it here!! I simply love the space in my apartment, the clean grounds, the always informative and kind office staff and the helpful maintenance men. This is hands down the best property I’ve lived in.

Palms at Magnolia Park is wonderful! I have only been living here for just a few months and I absolutely love it here! My apartment is beautiful and spacious, the community is clean and friendly, but what makes this community the greatest is the staff! Shout out to Jeff and the maintenance crew for being so fast and fixing any issue that pops up. Amazing Spot to Live Comfortable feel throughout the complex. Management is attentive. The dog wash station is a great addition. Good size apartment with plenty of cabinet space.
