Worst car buying experience EVER!!! I bought an Audi A5 from this dealership in March 2019. Everything screamed rip off from the beginning... long story short , 5 months after buying the car my motor seized. I had it maintenances regularly at the Audi Dealership then all of a sudden, the entire car is unworkable. I been stuck paying my car note and cannot get anyone to trade the car in because it does not run. Now I have no choice but to send it back and damage my credit even more.
This dealership is a JOKE! Scammers, liars, and crooks. Can’t even begin to explain all the problems. Don’t expect a full tank of gas in your $100k+ car. That’s too much to ask. Oh and don’t be surprised if you travel there from out of town to find that the price you have to pay is a few hundred more than what you agreed on over the phone. And if the add on your specific car states it has a warranty or a 2nd key, you better double check. They lied to me and said they would have to mail the 2nd key only to find out months lat... read more
