First off if you're under the age of 40 this apartment will do anything to get you not to live there. It's like a retirement community, but it's not. The old people run the show. Amanda and Julie in the office don't know how to run an apartment complex. They claim to be "pet friendly" but if your dog as much runs to the door when someone comes in, you will get a noise complaint. I have only lived here a month. I've lived a couple of other places in the area and this is by far the most beautiful, friendly and well kept up place I have ever lived. Best place to live!
I have been living here for almost 3 years. The apartment is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have great amenities, and they are constantly making improvements to the property.
We moved to the area 6 months ago and moved into Palmetto Pointe. The front office staff is exceptional and very friendly. They have made us feel welcomed from the moment we moved here. Maintenance staff is courteous with stuff is done in a timely manner and do an amazing job. We love living in the Palmetto Pointe community.
I was wiped out by Hurricane Matthew and moved into a one bedroom ground level apartment. It is spacious and convenient and I feel very safe in the area.
Great place to live. Staff is very diligent in making us feel special.
All the ladies are so nice... made the move in stress free... love it here!
