cant say a negative thing about this spot..I loved living there, they were so kind and attentive to any need I ever had. I moved 6 months ago and I miss palmetto all the time. they set the bar high

I’ve lived in palmetto pointe apartments for the past three years now! I love It here. The staff is nice and always there when you need them. All maintenance requests that you have are taken care of within 48 hours. The grounds are kept up by the landscape crew once if not twice a week! The amenities are always a plus and the pool area is like being at a resort! I have two dogs and they love the area as well. Plenty of space for them to walk around.
