I have lived here for over six months and love my apartment! The facilities maintenance respond quickly (especially when my AC stopped working during heat advisory days in June) and the leasing staff is friendly. Grounds are beautiful and I feel very safe.
I think this is the finest resort apartment in Myrtle Beach. Services provided by the management from staffs on down to the maintenance crew are really dedicated to our needs when requested. The facility is kept clean with all happy residents. We thank you Palmetto.

Palmetto Pointe Apartments is a great place to live. It is so peaceful and clean. The staff is the best ever. If you need anything, they are there within 24 hours if not sooner!
