I’ve lived here for about two years and I can honestly tell you I love it. The community is nice and quiet, my neighbors are so nice, and the front office staff is extremely responsive. People take pride in the community and it makes it worth coming home to.
I moved to Palmetto Point apts two years ago from New York. I could not have found a better place to call home. The office staff and the maintenance crew go above and beyond to make this a special place to live. They are constantly making upgrades and keeping the complex a beautiful and safe place to live. I would highly recommend this complex the place to call home.
Best apartments ever. It felt like I lived on a resort. Always doing updates and the second I needed something someone was over the next day. The girls in the office are all so friendly and helpful. Loved living there � We bought a home now, but I am sure we would still be there if we didn't �
Hands down the best place to live in the Myrtle Beach area. I’ve lived in Myrtle Beach since 2012 and this is by far the best place I’ve lived. I’m half way through my second year living at Palmetto Pointe and I have no complaints. The front office staff is the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance staff is courteous and helpful and most importantly quick. No matter the issue I’ve had in my apartment the problem is fixed within 48hrs.
