RecommendedAwesome staff and apartments are really nice. They aren’t just plain old apartments. The countertops are so nice and all of the cabinetry is awesome.
I've been here since the opening of the opening of the apartment community. It's a beautiful place to live. the leasing staff works hard to provide a clean and comfortable environment to live.
we moved in the middle of may, been fighting with fleas ever since, we don't have pets, we told bout it many times and pest control comes in and we still have them, my legs ate up from them, and this past week I get over 400 bill from I guess past attendance living here don't get me wrong it's a nice place but I think I'd rather still be in our shitwhole that we were living in least I didn't have fleas and I wasn't getting charged for the old attendance which I've been trying to call the office for a couple days now
The walls are very thin. They had to have rushed the apartments when they built them. So much thumping and noise. You can hear everything from footsteps to talking on the patios. Also, so many rules. To pay 1,300 a month. It doesn’t seem worth it
We’ve been living here for about a month and it’s such a great community. It’s quiet and everyone is so friendly. The office staff makes sure to answer all questions and get service requests done the same day they are put in.

Palmetto Exchange is the place for us!! My girlfriend and I are loving the spacious apartment. We downsized from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom by moving here but we cannot even tell because of how big this 1 bedroom apartment is! We love how nice the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces are. Our bedroom is HUGE and the closet is amazing. The staff in the office is as good as it gets as far as service and helpfulness. Palmetto Exchange is the best place to move for anyone!
Palmetto Exchange is THE PLACE for me (us). My boyfriend and I came and toured the buildings here over 2 months ago and fell in LOVE with the property but also the staff. Everyone that works in the leasing office is top notch quality people. They are all so friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to make your moving process as smooth as possible.
