I hired this company through my property manager to install a new A/C unit—it failed within months. They then tried to charge me to fix issues caused by their own installation mistakes. I brought in another technician, who found serious errors, including improper installation and system setup that could damage the unit. The work was described as extremely poor. We had them install a new a/c on 11/05/2024. 6 months after on 6/6/25 we had a problem with a/c. Not only did they not fix it asked us for $165. We had to hire somebody else and had to pay $260. We were told the air conditioner was installed horribly. We asked them to pay us the $260 they didnt but waved their invoice of $165. Now 4/21/26 1.5 years later of installing the a/c compressor is gone. And refusing to fix it. We have to pay somebody else to fix it and pay $1000.
I was very happy with my installation everything went as planned there were no hidden fees after the job I will recommend this company to my friends family and Neighbors
Total rip-off, quoted me $3,500 for the same job another guy fixed for $260. guy told me my compresor was unfixable. Guess what? soo is a bad reputation.
